Performance Marketer

Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels. You will deliver measurable growth with data led strategies to improve return on investment (ROI) and scale high-performing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
  • Conduct A/B testing and audience targeting for better results
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad performance

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and funnels
